Are the clothing items true to size?

Some items may run smaller than your true size. You may need to go a size up. Please carefully read the product description under each clothing item before purchasing. 

What is your refund/return policy?

Returns are accepted within 3 days after purchase. Items returned must be postmarked within the third day after purchase by 11:59pm CST. Items postmarked thereafter will not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse to accept any returns. Any items returned must be unworn and unopened with labels attached and in original packaging. Refunds will only be provided for items returned in the same condition shipped, and must be unworn and unopened with labels attached and in original packaging. Any items returned with stains, tears, or not in its original condition will not be accepted and a refund will not be dispersed. Refund processing times varies. Please check with your bank or credit/debit card company for refund credit times. 

What currency are the prices do I see in the site?

All prices are in US dollar

I just placed an order, when will it ship?

We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Average shipping times are 5-7 days. Tracking numbers will be updated after your order has been shipped.

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?

If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. Please email us at support@bealise.com. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.
